BANANA WALNUT CINNAMON SHAKE
A wholesome and healthy drink with the Pure Goodness of Auvarna premium A2 desi cow milk, banana and walnuts. The aroma of cinnamon and the nuttiness of walnuts add extra punch to the drink.
- Half a litre of Auvarna premium A2 desi cow milk
- 2-3 ripe bananas
- 3 to 4 walnut kernels
- ½ tsp of cinnamon powder
- 3 to 4 tbsp of brown sugar/ jaggery/ honey
- Ice, if required
- Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces.
- Coarsely crush the walnut kernels and keep aside.
- Take the chopped bananas, crushed walnuts, cinnamon powder, sugar and half a cup of milk in a blender. Blend to make a smooth paste.
- Pour the remaining milk into the blender and blend again for a few seconds.
- Transfer the smoothie in a glass and sprinkle some cinnamon powder on it.
- Serve chilled.
